The Mist-air Solution:
In 2021 mist-air Dust Suppression Ltd installed a dust suppression system covering their two recycling buildings. From one master base unit mist-air were able to an offer controllable solution for both buildings. The first building tackled the incoming doors and windows that were tipping in the reception hall and then secondly as their 360- grab loaded them into a shredder. mist-air fan assisted manifolds were located in the roof space well out of the way of the tipping vehicles and grab arm, these fans provide a micro fine fog which is then directed towards the dust generation source. This fog suppresses the dust before it has chance to become airborne. Due to the way the fog is created and distributed no wetting is created on machinery, floors, products or personal. The second building is where the shredded material is processed, cleaned and granulated. mist-air offers suppression at all of these locations, with each one being individual controllable to allow the correct level of suppression for each area.
