Health and Safety Policy<\/p>\n<\/div><\/h1><\/div>

As the Managing Director of Mist-Air Dust Suppression Limited<\/strong> (hereafter referred to as the Company), I accept responsibility for Health and Safety in this policy.<\/p>\n

The Company is committed to protecting and promoting the health, safety and welfare of all its employees, visitors and any others who may be affected by are activities through continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

The Company recognises the importance of the management of health and safety and welfare at work and this policy ensures we comply with its statutory obligations as stated within section 2(2) of the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Provide and maintain all our premises in a condition that is safe, including the provision and maintenance of safe entry and exit from them.<\/li>\n
  • Provide and maintain safe plant, safe equipment and safe systems of work for our employees.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all our employees are provided with suitable training, supervision, information and instruction to enable them to work safely.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all substances and articles are used, handled, stored, transported and disposed of safely.<\/li>\n
  • Provide and maintain suitable working environments, facilities and welfare arrangements for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All levels of management are responsible for maintaining safety standards. This will be achieved by assessing risks, removing hazards wherever possible and implementing safe systems of work.<\/p>\n

    Improvements in health and safety performance can be achieved if there is full commitment not only from management, but from all employees to implement and monitor this policy.<\/p>\n

    Given this, every employee<\/strong> is required to cooperate with the Company in the spirit and operation of this policy to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Work safely, following the training and instruction given.<\/li>\n
    • Comply with the safe systems of work and procedures that implement them.<\/li>\n
    • Report all accidents immediately and assist with accident investigations.<\/li>\n
    • Use any personal protective equipment and clothing where it is defined and required.<\/li>\n
    • Take care of themselves and any others that they come into contact with and who may be affected by their activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The policy will be reviewed annually.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
