The Mist-air Solution:
Since 2009 mist-air has provided dust suppression for the handing and processing of recycled paper and cardboard. In 2020 the mist-air system was upgraded and expanded to offer complete suppression over their new £3 million processing plant, reception hall, baler and bulker out loading operation.
The mist-air system controls airborne dust from all areas of the process covering unloading and loading bulkers, material movement around the plant, shredding and baling.
mist-air unique micro fine fog enables suppression without creating any wetting; this is key in this moisture sensitive environmental and means floors, personal, product and equipment all stay completely dry.
